Snook’s Dream Cars displays the extensive collection of the late “long time car guy” Bill Snook and is operated by his son Jeff Snook. It features a recreated 1940s era Texaco gas station, a showroom of extensive automobile memorabilia and a car collection presented within period scenes ranging from a 1930s general store to a racetrack from the 1960s.

The Bowling Green Curling Club is the only curling club in Northwest Ohio. We curl at the Black Swamp Curling Center and new members are always welcome! Come on out and enjoy the good people and good times that occur while curling. We embrace all levels of curling from beginners to competitive and we hope to see you on the ice soon.

Owned and operated by Ohio Sea Grant, visitors to the South Bass Island Lighthouse can climb the tower for a beautiful view and learn about the history of this national historic place. Free and open for tours 11 a.m-5 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays from June 19-July 18, 2017 or by appointment (group pricing for groups of 10 or more ). Crystal Cave, the world’s largest recorded geode, is located on Catawba Avenue directly beneath Heineman Winery. A tour of the cave is included with a tour of the winery. The walls of Crystal Cave are covered in celestite crystals, used in the manufacturing of fireworks. The cave was discovered in 1897 by workers digging a well for the winery. Tours of the cave and winery are given from the first of May through the end of September, beginning at 11:15 and ending at 5 pm Monday through Saturday, and from 12:15 to 5 pm on Sundays.

Fostoria Iron Triangle Railpark is a 5-acre tract directly inside the three double-track mainline freight rail lines that meander through Fostoria. Open 24/7, this park provides a 360-degree viewing platform that allows one to experience the sights and sounds of the 100-plus trains that pass through Fostoria daily.

Seneca Caverns is a show cave located in northeastern Seneca County, Ohio, USA, just outside Flat Rock. The cave is designated as a Registered Natural Landmark by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Golfers from throughout the region have come to Sandusky to play this unique 18-hole championship layout, which cuts through a wooded creek basin that comes into play on 10 of the 18 holes. Cedar Point is a 364-acre amusement park located on a Lake Erie peninsula in Sandusky, Ohio. Opened in 1870, it is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the United States behind Lake Compounce. Cedar Point is owned and operated by Cedar Fair and is considered the flagship of the amusement park chain.

Wintergarden/St. John's Nature Preserve provides miles of hiking/walking trails with many loop options that meander through acres and acres of forests and prairie meadows. Full time naturalists on staff host a variety of programs year round. These programs are designed to educate the public about the plants and animals that live in our area. Cultural and historical programs are also offered to help visitors understand the human impact on our resources while often encouraging a hands-on approach to learning. The staff Naturalists also act as restoration managers on the site by eliminating non-native plants and encouraging the growth of plant species that were historically part of our local ecosystem.

City Park is a traditional family park that is busy year-round, but really comes alive in the spring and summer with programs such as day camps, swim lessons, Concerts In The Park, Lunches in the Park, Family Picnics in the Park and many more exciting programs and special events. Fitness buffs, the loop around the park is one half mile.

Kimberly's Carousel - Kimberly's Carousel is one of the country's oldest, original carousels, built in 1917 with original wooden horses and "Petey the Perch." Kids of all ages enjoy the island carousel. Tickets can be purchased inside The Carriage House.

Historical documents show that men under the command of Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry discovered this limestone cave 40 feet underground during their occupation of the island in 1813. Perry used the underground stream in Perry’s Cave for drinking water during the hot summer prior to the “Battle of Lake Erie”, fought on September 10, 1813. The Tiffin Drive-In Theater is NOW OPEN to entertain residents of Tiffin and the surrounding areas! At a time when social distancing is a must, the Drive-In is providing a safe environment for a much needed escape. We have two screens, each with a set of double features. Until new releases come out, we will be showing recent releases and retro movies.
Besides customers being able to sit in their vehicles to watch the movies, we have added a few new processes/rules to help keep them and our employees safe. First, customers should purchase their tickets online at TiffinDriveInTheater.SimpleTix.com. Sycamore Hills Golf Course Welcome to the most challenging public layout in Sandusky County. This 27-hole course is designed to test all skill levels from tee to green, boasting five lakes, strategically-places and traps, mature tree-lined fairways, and finishing holes over a winding stream. This beautiful 17 acre garden estate is home to many species of unusual plant life and offers boundless opportunities for the appreciation and study of nature. See the themed gardens including the Bonsia area and Japanese Garden, to name a few.

The NCIT in Sandusky County offers 21.6 miles of completed, paved trail. 2 gaps remain along the route. One at Fremont and the other at Bellevue. The 3.4-mile gap through Fremont is a marked bike route along city streets. Beware, the stretch along Rt. 20 (W. State St.) has been an issue for some cyclists, as it's a major business route through the heart of the city.

The African Safari Wildlife Park is a drive through wildlife park in Port Clinton, Ohio, United States. Visitors can drive through the 100-acre preserve and watch and feed the animals from their car.

The Carter Historic Farm grounds are free and open daily to all from 8:00 am until 30 minutes past sunset. *Farm Buildings are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. Please call ahead to schedule a tour. The Carter Historic Farm is a working farm and living-history cultural heritage center interpreted to the Depression-era. *Please note: this is a working farm, so be careful of, and watch out for farm machinery and animals.

The BG Pedal Company is an entertainment service that features our 14 seat party bike. It consists of 10 pedaling seats and two back bench seats that can seat 4 more people. We supply a driver so all you have to worry about is pedaling and having fun! We hope to become a "go to" for your entertainment needs here in Bowling Green. The bike will be available to rent for events such as:

There will be specialty tours in which we partner with local businesses to create a unique experience while on our bike. Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial is a symbol of the long-lasting peace enjoyed by the United States, Great Britain, and Canada. The 352-foot Doric column has an observation platform that offers a 360 degree view of the surrounding islands and mainland.
The Perry Memorial Visitor Center, located on the grounds, offers a 15-minute free movie on the War of 1812 and Battle of Lake Erie. The visitor center also has a display of artifacts, including a British musket, a scale model of the US Brig Lawrence–Perry’s flagship–and a large flat hull diorama of the Battle of Lake Erie as Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry crossed through cannon fire to reach the US Brig Niagara and change the course of the battle. Tiffin Police and Fire All Patriots Memorial, located at Washington and Water streets near downtown Tiffin, features a beam from the World Trade Center. It pays tribute to those who were affected by the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, and memorializes those who were killed in the line of duty while serving in the city’s police and fire departments. Tour groups welcome. Guided talks are available on request.

Wood County Museum, located in Bowling Green, Ohio, the Museum was formerly a county poor farm from 1869-1971. Today it hosts exhibits, tours, and events to uncover Wood County's unique local history. The museum grounds are part of the Wood County Park District and house an herb garden, oil derrick, and more.

The Mull Covered Bridge is a historic wooden covered bridge in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Built in the middle of the nineteenth century, it is located near Burgoon in Sandusky County.

Founded in 1901, the acclaimed Toledo Museum of Art has earned global reputation for the quality of it's collection of over 30,000 masterpieces. The beautiful sprawling campus includes a large sculpture garden throughout as well as Toledo Museum of Art's Glass Pavilion, home to a world-renowned glass collection.

White Star Park's 15-acre quarry is a highlight for seasonal swimming, fishing and scuba diving. It also has picnic facilities, historic log cabins, nature trails and campgrounds. The Park is located in Gibsonburg, Ohio

Summit Motorsports Park, formerly Norwalk Raceway Park and Norwalk Dragway, is a drag racing facility located at 1300 State Route 18 near Norwalk, Ohio.

The Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Library & Museums is dedicated to 19th U.S. President Rutherford B. Hayes and First Lady Lucy Hayes. The site houses their 25-acre wooded estate, known as Spiegel Grove; their 31-room Victorian mansion; the presidential library; a museum that was completely renovated in 2016; the tomb; and a mile of paved walking trails.
